Case Manager Social Work - Inpatient Rehab - PRN at Norman Regional Health System summary:

The Case Manager in Social Work for Inpatient Rehab coordinates clinical care, manages resources, and provides advocacy and education to support patient transitions and outcomes. This role involves utilization management, psychosocial support, and participation in weekly team meetings to ensure quality performance. Candidates typically hold a BSW or MSW degree with relevant experience and require licensure and Basic Life Support certification.

Education

• Requires a MSW or Bachelor’s degree (BSW) in Social Work; with 2 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the MSW.
• Either degree must be from a university accredited by Council of Social Work Education.

Experience

• Prefer 1 year of experience if MSW or 2 years of experience required if BSW.
• Medical Social Work experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification

• Licensure by Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment

Compensation

• $23.79-$38.86/hr depending on previous work experience.
