Embroidery Assistant
TTH
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
$15.00 - $17.00/hour
Objective/Summary
The embroidery assistant is responsible for executing decoration finishing procedures in an efficient manner in adherence to Company quality standards.
Essential Functions
• Cut excess material (backing) and trim excess threads off finished products.
• Marks items with defects such as spots, stains, or snags and communicates with supervisor to rectify issues.
• Steams decorated items to remove hoop marks.
• Performs final quality checks in adherence to quality standards.
• Separates and packs finished products in an organized manner with packing slips when applicable.
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complies with all company standards as outlined in the employee handbook.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or embroidery environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to operate machinery and tools used in the trimming and finishing processes.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with no supervisory responsibilities. The hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
