Must have:
Figma – Advanced skills
Very experienced with latest AI tools – wireframe/mocks – data visualization
Candidate can’t have too complex thinking – cant be over thinking needs to be more intuitive –
Whole product experience (end to end) to understand the product– start to finish – how will a user use it, drive user from simple to complex visualizations
Put yourself in the user shoes -understanding the user flow( start simple – baby steps- then build into more complex product)
Basic Qualifications:
● BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
● 4+ years' experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering)
● Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
● Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles as well as current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
● Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product and technology teams)
● Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flows
● Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
● Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail
