We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Quality Analyst to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. This role will be integral to supporting the Supplier Quality team in ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and managing supplier quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Client Purchase Orders for compliance with Supplier Quality Requirements
• Support administrative tasks for the Supplier Quality Systems mailbox, including document review and uploads
• Assess supplier-submitted documents for adherence to contracts, drawings, specifications, and other requirements
• Communicate deficiencies to the Supplier Quality Engineering Team and Suppliers
• Ensure proper flow-down of Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM) and other contractual requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Materials, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to uphold quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Quality Systems Administration
• Fundamental knowledge of drawing and specification reviews
• Proficiency in Oracle and MS Office for report preparation and documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and sound decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in data entry, quality control, or similar roles

Education: High School
