The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote) and Sales Cloud. Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce administrator who will be responsible for continuing the global implementation of Salesforce. You will serve as the point of contact for users who require support, configuration, reporting and training. You will be an internal expert for Salesforce functionality, technology, customization and development. This position will report to our CRM Platform Manager and work on a hybrid schedule, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Major Responsibilities Help drive user adoption and best practices to further the long-term success of the system Demonstrate experience in configuring and managing CPQ to streamline sale processes. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting. Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, flows, and sharing rules Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of Salesforce;including managing users,creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenanceof page layouts, and support of app exchange applications Help identify and implement new Salesforce features and functions in response to businessneeds Help define and create user portals in Experience Cloud Understand and translate business goals, and business processes into a solution that meets theneeds of the various departments partners throughout the company that utilize Salesforce Respond to issues or questions from users throughout the organization, resolve technical andfunctional support issues, manage data loads, review data quality and provide training on newfeatures and functionality Analyze the existing implementation of Salesforce and make recommendations for improvement or best practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications Physical Requirements/Essential Job Functions Ability to multi-task technical problems efficiently Ability to communicate technical concepts to both users and technical staff effectively Problem-solving Frequent computer and telephone use Sitting for long periods of time Concentrating for long periods of time Creating and maintaining dashboards, flows, and user portals Responding to issues or questions from users throughout the organization, and resolving support problems Education and/or Experience At least 3 years of Salesforce experience required At least 2 years of CPQ and Sales Cloud required Experience in FinancialForce and Billing Central preferred Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Digital Engagement preferred Experience in multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Eagerness and ability to learn new computer applications Prompt and regular attendance Works well in a team environment Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills necessary Our Company: Priority Dispatch Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
