Responsibilities # Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer # Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store performance goals. # Ensure exceptional customer experiences by applying the Five Below service model that empowers your team to say yes to customers. # Anticipate customer needs and create an engaging store environment. # Maintain all merchandising and operational standards consistent with Brand Standards. Develop a High Performing Crew # Hire, engage, and develop talented employees suited for their roles. # Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity and inclusion. # Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to promote accountability. # Partner with District Managers and HR for coaching, performance management, and employee relations. # Create a safe environment for customers and staff. # Implement talent strategies to attract and retain top talent, supporting career growth. Drive a Consistent Business # Analyze business results regularly and identify opportunities for improvement. # Balance priorities effectively, managing payroll and staffing within budgets. # Ensure compliance with all financial controls, inventory procedures, and SOPs. # Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards. # Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with corporate and store teams.
