This role ensures efficient execution across the entire warehouse process—from inbound receiving to outbound shipping—while meeting strict customer requirements and operational KPIs.

You’ll be responsible for driving day-to-day performance, implementing processes that meet compliance and quality standards, and mentoring a diverse and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full order fulfillment cycle: receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, value-added services, staging, and shipping
  • Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, based on customer specifications
  • Manage daily labor needs aligned with workload forecasts and budget
  • Supervise team scheduling, daily workflow, and adjustments to priorities as needed
  • Track productivity metrics and ensure team performance meets established goals
  • Manage labels and wave setup by ship date; oversee bulk and open stock fulfillment
  • Monitor special projects for accuracy, productivity, and compliance
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy to avoid chargebacks or fulfillment errors
  • Support employee onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular team huddles, safety meetings, and participate in management updates

What You’ll Bring:

  • Background in e-commerce fulfillment and retail customer requirements
  • Strong labor planning, scheduling, and productivity tracking skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (PKMS or similar)
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 1–5 years in a similar role)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
