Job Description BAE Systems is seeking Watch Office Dissemination Officers (WODOs) to support a client s operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Successful WODO candidates will work in an integrated government-contractor team supporting operations with a shift schedule. Responsibilities include reviewing intel reports for accurate addressing; receiving incoming taskings after-hours and connecting with the appropriate POC; and reporting statistics on quality, quantity, and suggesting improvements. WODOs must be able to think critically and communicate information accurately. Candidates should be comfortable understanding the intelligence cycle, customers, and responding professionally to requests for information.
The position requires an active Security Clearance with Polygraph; there is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and also be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to professionally interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Level 4 requires 12 years of related work experience; Level 5 requires 20 years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience writing cables and with customer databases and tools
- Minimum 60 days support to intel collection operations via PCS or TDY
- Complete understanding of the intelligence cycle
- Ability to work a shift schedule
- Active Security Clearance with Polygraph
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
- Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
- Foreign languages skills
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
